After Hours Emergency 911 That each Public Works Associate contributes, by example, toward creating and sustaining an environment within the City that focuses on consistently exceeding our residents' expectations. The City of Hampton's Public Works Director is John Spraggins. Public Works is responsible for the Electric, Water, Sewer, Sanitation, Streets, and the City Parks Divisions of the City.
